• Anyone with a permanent physical and/or cognitive impairment is eligible for the program. SAAS has the most up-to-date equipment enabling anyone to ski.

Lesson and Lift Ticket Info

  • Lessons are one-on-one and tailored to the individual.  All-day lessons or half-day lessons which meet either morning or afternoon are available for skiing and snowboarding.
  • Reservations are required and may be made by calling the office at (575) 464-3193 or by email: saadaptive@gmail.com
  • Walk-ins are taken as time and instructors permit.
  • Ski Apache Adaptive Sports offers discounted lift tickets for people with disabilities.
  • Partial and full scholarships are also available. To apply, please call Ty Bonnell, Executive Director at (575) 464-3193.
  • Group rates are adjusted on an individual basis through the SAAS Office (575) 464-3193.
  • If you are eligible and ski independently, come by the SAAS Office for a discounted lift ticket. 
    • If you have a helper, he/she can also ski at a discounted rate.

Lessons and Equipment Rates

All-day Lesson is from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and Noon to 2:00 p.m. . . . . . . . . . .  $125.00

Lessons include:

  • Coach(es)/volunteer(s)
  • Accessories: sun block, ski clothing, sunglasses/goggles, helmets
  • Special equipment: sit ski, ski-walkers, ski-bike; padding, shims, braces, outriggers etc.

The Release Form is a General Liability Release and a release to allow images that may be used by the media and SAAS to promote adaptive skiing and our program.
